Incredible class. Includes the foundational vinyasa for yoga (flow) as well as foundational mat Pilates work. You work the core, booty, hips, legs, and you get the best of yoga flow too. With shivasana at the end. Will be doing again!!!

Man, I looooved this class. I ve never done Pilates, and this was a wonderful little intro. I ve been working with a PT on some low back dysfunction that we traced back to weak glute medius muscles. I ll definitely be adding these side leg exercises into my daily pre-lifting routine. Such awesome isolation. Thank you, Claire! I always love your classes so much.

This was perfect for first thing in the morning--a little vinyasa to warm and stretch the muscles followed by the more vigorous Pilates sequence. I really needed the hip openers at the end! Really enjoyed this class, thank you!

I loved the flow of the class. I’m studying to be Pilates compressive program level 1. I enjoy your cues as I don’t have to look at the screen to know what your doing. I like your style and I saved you to my favorites list.

This class has it all, to me the perfect combination of yoga + pilates. I would highly recommend to make it a 90 minute class.

Day 8. Interesting blend good for a different practice. Definitely some simple but challenging moves if you don t practice them regularly. I haven t done Pilates so I don t know how it compares to a true Pilates session.

Just when I think I m fit, some Pilates moves remind me...maybe you can change it up a bit and see! This is a nice blend of yoga and Pilates to mix things up, get you toned and stretched. A very enjoyable class with excellent direction. You ll feel it, but it s not over the top - just right!

Good class but it s not really Pilates. As I do Pilates regularly I felt it lacked depth and detail needed for Pilates but is probably more suited to people experienced with yoga who want something a little different . This will give you a good workout.
