Glad I tried this class. We have had lots of snow in Ontario Canada, and shovelling had me in need of some lighter yoga. It was a good class choice to help me rebalance and stretch out. :)

I enjoyed this easy flow, not too much struggle. I do wonder what to do when my wrists start hurting Is there a way to fix that. I loved the instruction and the calmness

Exactly the flow I needed tonight! Menses has had a grip on the lower spine and hips, so the asanas we moved through in the Hummingbird flow aligned perfectly for me. Gentle, deep, soothing, and so much literal and figurative release. Thank you! - Merrick

This practice has really helped me recover from my very bad case of sciatica. I practice this every morning to start my day and I ve noticed a huge difference in my pain levels throughout my day. I almost didn t do this class as the voice seemed too loud/not relaxing enough BUT I am so glad I read the reviews and did it. It s great if you want a slow paced, chilled kind of class, with lots of stretches and a great vibe.

I was not able to comment on the challenge page for the 21-day challenge so leaving it here. I chose this one since I often take my mat on the patio for my morning practice to listen to the birds and hummingbirds are frequent visitors in the yard. This is a very simple practice and good for waking up the body. I do agree that the voice volume was a bit much and turned mine down as well.

perfect class to follow a 5-mile hike. YD needs a category called "gentle" that s not necessarily Yin or Restorative. this class would be in that category. relaxing and soothing.
