I don t enjoy this class as much as the shred, strengthen and tone. I will probably not take this class again, looking for more weights and strength than cardio.

Whilst I definitely got sweaty and enjoyed the moves, I felt that there was not enough rests between sides (no rest in fact), and the cues were a bit too fast so I didn t feel ready by the time the poses/exercises started. Overall feel a bit frustrated :(

This was one of the most challenging workouts I ve done on YDL, and I ve been a member forever. Great full body workout. I stopped short of a five star rating though, because there are zero rests between any sets. With workouts like these, rests are important for so many reasons - not just to reenergize, but to maximize efficacy for your muscles. This workout, for me, needed to incorporate 15 second pauses between sides, for example, for me to give it five stars. Otherwise, great workout, great sweat!

Really good combo of plyometrics, strength training, cardio and spine/core. Sweaty but not exhausted, also good when u are a little short on time. Has shavasana that is perfect amount of time. Awesome class!

Such an invigorating sweat sesh that’s also innovative with the blocks but clears the mind as well. This is going to be a fave to come back to when you really want a great workout but also centering the mind and body. AWESOME!

Great class that makes you do all koi the things that you don t enjoy doing (pushups in different variations, burpees, lunges etc) but that you really need to have a real full body workout. I really appreciated how I felt at the end, and liked how the instructor kept the class switched up so that it didn t feel boring or tedious.

If you re looking for an intense workout, this would be one. But I wouldn t call this a yoga class. This is just another class that has some yoga poses in it, but it s mainly just cardio.
I mean this with all due respect, but I feel that most videos on this site have started incorporating less of an actual yoga practice and more of a Lifetime fitness type of yoga class, and this is definitely the latter.

Returning to BRs workouts after over a year. If you’re not in fantastic shape, prepare to moan a bit! As always this workout is smart, fluid and fast;
as always 100% worth the time + effort. Other BR longer classes are absolutely brutal (in a good way). This is “merely” tough. Still don’t know how every time she narrates calmly while doing the workout herself!

One of the few high-intensity workouts I can do with some nerve issues. It has replaced running and other exercises but still left me sweaty, strong, and satisfied!

If you are advanced you will love this class. I am intermediate and had to modify continuously. The class is short on warm up and cool down, heavy on aerobics with weights and blocks. I love all these mixed classes but if you are not advanced get ready for a big challenge and to self pace. I am sure I ll get better as I practice this class.

Becca makes you work so hard! I loved this work out because it is a tad shorter and yet I definitely felt like I still got a full body workout. Also, I appreciated that there was more of a warm up(although still brief) and some stretching at the end. Thanks, Becca!
