This was a good practice but I feel like I really should have done it during the day instead of the evening.
Day 8 of challenge. First time kundalini for me. Did it at the end of the day. Felt like it would be a better practice to start the day. My shoulders and upper back were tight from work so this was not a good practice for me -the exercises made them sore and had to pause a lot. Enjoyed learning about this type of yoga. Thank you.
Sat Nam Very intuitive choice for today (and healthy relationship with kundalini every day!) Beautiful class setting, clear instruction, benevolent teachings.

20 days of yoga challenge Hmmm, I did the entire class but I don’t think this practice is for me. I did enjoy the singing though. :)
I started this class but my shoulders were hurting so bad I needed to switch to a different class today. I may try again on a different day when this is what I need.
