Powerful!
I am attempting to get back to yoga and needed something a bit less vigorous than a flow practice. And landed here. I am going to attempt to do this for 40 days, daily. I am sure that my upper body and arms will get stronger besides all the other benefits from the Kundalini practice, I have only done this class twice so far and definitely feel my arms. Also, did anyone else have trouble hitting the sides of the hand together in the mudra at the end? I am normally not uncoordinated but with my eyes 9/10th closed and chanting, boy, that is not easy to do! Love the class!

This was my first Kundalini class and I loved it! The moves are simple but powerful and I felt amazing afterwards. I think I found my new favorite style.
too much talking at the beginning
Great class. Definitely a different sort of yoga. I ve done a few Kundalini classes at various festivals and am regularly impressed. This class was mostly relaxing with bursts of high intensity/small movement; all within a meditative framework.
