Such a strong full body workout. Thanks for a great relaxation at the end.

I really enjoyed this class. Not as hectic as some of the other shorter workout classes and nice to incorperate a bit more yoga with the weights. Will definitely do this one again.

I loved this class. it has been a long time since I have used weights and I could feel how much I needed to get back to using some weights in my workouts Also this was a fun class that moved along.

I liked the pace and manageability of the poses. Using a partner also gives the instructor time to address audience for adjustments in poses and posture. This instructor was 100 percent focused and on!

I like this class, that hour went by quickly. It was challenging but not difficult. I definitely worked up a sweat. I tried to switch between 8lbs weights and 5lbs weights. I will do this class again!

Loved it. I m pretty lazy and my yoga practice suffers because of this. Please give me one good reason to turn on House and forget about yoga after my long day. But today, I told myself I would be a better me and I found this class. It was a challenge--but it wasn t obnoxious or annoying (my emotional response to anything hard). I think the teacher s cuing and supportive guidance really made this doable and I felt plenty of burn. The class starts mellow at an easy pace, she introduces the weights about 20 mins in. The added challenge ramps up the intensity and crescendos into core exercises then mellows out into some great restorative poses. Thanks!

A very inviting, challenging flow. I ve been doing Yoga for 11 years and don t feel there is too much instruction here, her cues are very helpful reminders on how stay aligned. I really loved the flow, this one is good for the very early morning! I feel open, centered and strengthened. Thanks!

Great, challenging class. I used 8 lb weights and a 3 lb ankle weights and I worked up a nice sweat. For all the commenters who said this class was easy, I bow to you. You are badasses.

Cicely gives EXCELLENT queueing instructions. Agree with other reviews that this was more towards beginner than intermediate however, she does some nice moves not commonly found in other classes. I did the class with 5 pounbd weights and found it relatively easy, which is what I was looking for on the day I did the class. She is an excellent instructor. I will seek out her other classes.

Very nice! Just the right amount of burn for a weekday morning while I m still waking up and greeting the day. Definitely a workout, but a pleasant one.

A nice variety of muscle builders that I hadn t experienced before (wide-armed bicep curls were a good addition, for example). I think, for an intermediate class, there was a lot of time spent on basic alignments, but I definitely got my sweat on.

What a lovely little class! I ve been struggling with sciatic pain in my hips and lower back, and with plantar fasciitis. For months, I ve been burning my body out with plyometrics, kettlebells, and fast power yoga. I tried this class, hoping it would be a good balance between challenging strength-focused movement and mindful, gentle focus, and I was not disappointed. There are more challenging classes with weights on here, but I d highly recommend this class to beginners or people recovering from injuries, as it is easy to adapt and still very much feels like yoga rather than a traditional gym workout. I started with the 3 pound weights and found it was too easy. Next time I ll use the 5 and 8 pound weights.
