This class is dedicated to Lalita, the goddess of our breath, which aids us in finding the marriage of inhalation to exhalation in our practice. This practice asks us to step into our empowerment through love, abundance and strength. She is the aspect of us that is DESIRE. What is it you really want in life? We work in the upper chakras in this class through a sensual back bending flow. We work on the crown chakra through Sirsasana (headstand) and fish pose. This short burst of a practice is great for bringing you more peace by connecting to your breath.

nice
Like another reviewer, I adore Jeanie s classes and her creativity. But this was way to much too fast for me for a morning class. I stopped because i was worried about hoping into some big backbends and thigh stretches without being warmed up properly. I d recommend considering this intermediate or doing the class later in the day or after a workout when you re warm.
This felt really good but I don t like having to look at the screen to check out what s going on. Perhaps if she had a model she could give more clear/detailed instructions. That said, I really enjoyed the stretching and the long headstand.
I loved this class. It was slow and deep and the theme was lovely, the inner marriage in breath and out breath. It also made me think about how she nIm happy on the inside, my speech and actions reflect this on the outside. I love these Goddess classes Jeanie, keep them coming.
I love Jeanie s teaching. She is creative, clear and knowledgable. This class was no exception. I particularly liked the theme and how Jeanie wove it into the class without overdoing it. I practiced this class in the early morning when my body was cold, and it was a little much for me, especially some of the deep hip stretches. I ll try it again after warming up more and see if it feels more accessible.
