I loved this! If you have a private office or at least, a space where you can go to, then this is perfect. I m a teacher so I can wait until after school (or lunchtime!). and just turn out the lights, close the door and I m good to go. I ve even led my students in this practice (modified and without video). It s great for them too. They get restless sitting for long periods of time. Thank you so much!

These are really great poses - it works all of my trouble spots from sitting at my computer for too long! However, I agree with a previous reviewer that parts of it are not appropriate if you don t have enough privacy or room. I like this routine though, and will just modify the parts that don t work for my small cube space.

Pretty good, but unless you have some privacy at work or work alone, this routine draws a bit too much attention for my taste.
