Interesting flow with strong holds, New way to approach crow that had me shaking (for someone who usually finds crow easy). Loved the sentiment...really had me thinking about all the ways we can trust ourselves, the universe, trust that we don t have to have all the answers... trust that sometimes the answers will find their way to us and surprise us. Will come back to this one!

I love this class. It s completely out of the ordinary. At first, I thought it was mis-categorized and would be more Yin, but it definitely heats up with plenty of nice challenges. Great job, Kristen and Amy!
