Enlightening body awareness. Noticing that I don t do well at relaxing totally and thus hold a lot of tension in my body most of the time.
My back is really hurting so I did this and followed w my go to back pain class by Michelle Berman Marchildon. Good combo and I do feel better after. Excellent instruction by Shy as always.
