Desiree Rumbaugh is a full time yoga teacher with thirty years of experience. With certifications in Anusara and Iyengar yoga, she has studied intensively with many teachers in these alignment based forms. Currently, Desiree continues her studies with Physical Therapists and Functional Movement Trainers to stay on the cutting edge of science in order to help her students stay strong and play safely for a long time to come. Desiree travels the world teaching workshops and retreats and is grateful to have met many great friends along the way.
