Nice, hard work here. I hung in until the last 15 mins or so. The handstands are beyond me. So, I opted to follow Henri s modifications :) and just watch Jessica beautifully execute those crazy poses. Nice to know what is possible. Great class!

Excellent class to build shoulder strength and practice pincha mayurasana. Loved the mini crow. Can do both but together is something to work toward. Great cuing and can t help but enjoy your assistant! Loved having a new and different advanced class. Thanks!

Wow! This was a surprisingly accessible class for a difficult, advanced class. Agree with other yogi comment that this was more advanced than others on YDL, but the instructor provides all sorts of options/accommodations. By an hour my shoulders were tired, but I had learned many things I was doing poorly in forearm plank. Loved the tripod headstand to crow.

This is a really nice class - it moves at a slightly slower pace than some, holds poses for a few breaths, and offers alternatives for poses that are more advanced. The instructor is great - relaxed, informal, very clear and encouraging. Thanks very much, and I ll be back!

Yay, I m the first to review this awesome class!

I loved this! It is masterfully designed and taught. This is a truly advanced class, and to me was one of the most challenging of all the adv. intermediate classes here. I definitely could not do everything, but still surprised myself and you will too!

This class has everything: lots and lots of upper body strength!, hip opening, lower body work/core, balancing, spinal work, shoulder opening, and fun, unique transitions. There were some variations of poses I had never done before, and everything went together purposefully and smoothly.

Even though it was challenging, it went by fast and was super enjoyable. The instructor is so skilled, informative, and encouraging. Will return to this class for sure!
