This was a delightful practice! Elena gives very clear, simple cues that take you through an intuitive practice that flows wonderfully. Delivers exactly what it is promises, I feel balanced. Also shout out to the camera crew and video editor. This is among the most beautifully filmed sequences I ve ever seen. Thank you to everyone who brought this class to us!

The good parts: soothing classical music and a nice calm jnstructing voice. The bad part: cues are given in a strange way. She rarely tells you which pose you are moving into, ipjust gives cues on how to get there. For example, cues you into half moon, but doesn t tell you it s half moon until a minute later, same thing with eagle, plow, and many other poses. Even at the end, she doesn t call it shivasana. As an intermediate class, having the name of the pose as you are building into it helps me get there. Definitely not my style of instruction. Won t take another class again as a result.

This was the last one of the series from Elena s and Ioved it like all the other ones. Each does what it says, each different, and yet united by their simplicity and depth. The beauty and the precision of her execution makes me strive for it. It is like a sacred accomplishment. My morning reverence. Thank you.

This was a great all body class with solid instructional cues. Thank you. I would argue it’s not correctly categorized, this is an intermediate class (half moon and other balance poses, shoulder stand and plow, plus the vinyasa flow at start made it challenging).
