I m a nurse and this is the PERFECT class before a 12 hour shift. I feel I get a good stretch, a teeny bit of core, and I m moving fast enough to wake me up at 5am. Best of all, its only 20 minutes so I don t have to get up any earlier than is absolutely necessary. Claire, can we have 5 more of these?! 3

This is great class! There is a lot of good basic movements put into a fluid progression in just 20 minutes. I am going to come back to this class anytime I tell myself I don t have enough time for yoga, this 20 minute practice could be a part of any hectic day routine!
