This is the second class I ve had to shut off because of this Outlaw guy s handsy behaviors (not adjustments) and suggestive commentary about his model. I hope this dude has learned a thing or two from the Me Too movement. I really love Outlaw s classes, philosophy, music, sweat, everything... but I can t watch this guy handle his models anymore.

The pace of this flow will get your heart rate up and keeps you rockin the whole time! One of my favorites!

Holy smokes this flow was FAST. I like fast paced vinyasa classes but this one was a bit too quick. It never gave me an opportunity to explore any of the poses because there was only a half a second before jumping to the next one. Great cardio work out. Really fun and energetic energy from the instructor.

Very enlivening and opening. Totally ready for the day with a great attitude. A little fast in some of the vinyasas but just go at your own pace. Thank you
