In this challenge you will have a choice of classes each day. There will be several style and unique class options throughout the challenge as well as meditation, Yin, fitness classes, pilates, and other fusion styles. You have freedom and choice to make this challenge work for you. 

This challenge is suitable for all levels - beginner to advanced. Each day will have a beginner friendly class option along with a more advanced option for more seasoned practitioners. This challenge will create growth and evolution, both on and off the mat, for all genders, body types, and level of practitioner. 

By simply signing up to this challenge, you have taken the first step towards your goal. It is healthy and beneficial to challenge yourself. Simply keep showing up, everyday for the next two weeks. Before you know it, you'll be both feeling and looking better than you ever have before.

Welcome to Day 5 of the Yoga for All / 2-Week Challenge!

You're almost to the end of the first week. We hope you're feeling stronger, clearer, happier and more motivated as a result of your first week. Keep up the amazing work!

In the first week, each day provided a choice between a more rigorous class, or a gentler class This is because the challenge can be demanding on your body, and more restful days are effective in keeping you nourished for the full two weeks. Plus, gentle is still powerful! If you're normally the type of person who always picks intensity, it's okay if your body wants a more nourishing class mixed in there one of the days. Same goes if you always pick the "easier" route. Challenge yourself to a more intense class once in awhile. Regardless, enjoy the variety of classes in the challenge and be sure to listen to your body, and give it what it wants.

Start Your Day Right with Robert Sidoti

35 minutes class | Level: All Levels  | Intensity: Everyday Namaste

This class is designed for all bodies to 'start your day right'! A routine to wake up to and practice everyday, to begin your awesome day with very necessary functional movement and stretching so to give your body the best possible chance to feel good, with the intention of taking good care of yourself, with reverence and respect! Make it a priority my friends:)

Empower Yourself:

Fallen Triangle Flow with Kylie Larson

60 minute class | Level: Intermediate | Intensity: You'll Feel It

This vigorous class will work your core in several ways while giving you all of the pieces of the puzzle to get into the arm balance, hurdler. This class starts off with a gentle warm-up, but quickly you are moving through fun transitions, balancing and firing up your core muscles. 

Like several of my classes, we spend some time balancing both on our hands and our feet! Be prepared to get into revolved half moon, side plank, fallen triangle, boat, scale and hurdler. 

This class reminds you that you're stronger than you think you are, and with the proper preparation, you can do anything you want to do!
