Welcome to Day 14 of the 2-Week Yoga Challenge for Busy People! 

Congratulations challengers! After completing today's class, take a moment to feel unapologetically proud of yourself! It's no small feat to practice yoga 14 days in a row. Hopefully you're reaping all the benefits and you've not only grown physically, but feel more centered and grounded, and have strengthened your will-power and ability to achieve consistency. Great work!!

You've also shown yourself that no matter how busy you might be or feel, you can create space for yoga in your life and enjoy the countless benefits it brings to your well-being. Hopefully life also feels more balanced, less overwhelming, and a bit easier from your work these past two weeks!

Today, we round things off and offer an opportunity to go gentle with a refreshing morning class from Keith, or chose to challenge yourself with a warming and creative flow with Jackie.

Wake Up Slowly 3: Rise & Shine with Keith Allen

30 min class | Level: All Levels | Intensity: Ahhhhhh

This class will gently get you open and ready for your day ahead. This is a gentler morning class, which helps you ease into your day. Expect deep breathing, time to unwind in postures, and a time to center yourself.


Freedom Flow with Jackie Casal Mahrou

30 min class | Level: Intermediate | Intensity: You'll Feel It

Free your mind and body with this challenging, warming, and flowing vinyasa class focusing on twisting, balancing, and lengthening. You will flow through creative Sun Salutation sequences that will prepare you for a peak balancing series of Parivrtta Ardha Chandrasana (Revolved Half Moon), Reverse Dancers, and Parsva Bakasana (Side Crow). Throughout class Jackie invites you to become aware of your repetitive thoughts so you can free yourself from the patterns that hold you back from pure freedom.
