14 Yoga Challenge for Busy People

Curated yoga classes between 15-30 minutes every day for two weeks.

Welcome to Day 14 of the 14-Day Yoga Challenge for Busy People!

Congratulations challengers! After completing today's class, take a moment to feel unapologetically proud of yourself! Many (most) people never practice yoga 14 days in a row. You've not only grown physically from practicing, but have strengthened your will-power, consistency, and power of your commitment.

You've also shown yourself, no matter how busy you might be or feel, you can create space for yoga in your life and enjoy the countless benefits this practice can bring to your well-being. Hopefully, life feels more balanced, less overwhelming, and a bit easier from your work the past two weeks.

Today, we will all finish together with a class from Mark, that brings good luck. It's an intermediate class, but after 2-weeks of consistent practice, you're all intermediate students. Of course, modify as needed to make the practice work for your body. After completing this class, take a moment to revisit your goals and intentions at the beginning of the challenge. How do you feel now, compared to two weeks ago? What are some changes you've noticed? What breakthroughs will you take with you moving forward after this challenge? Share in the comments section! Congratulations and enjoy today's class!

How to Get Lucky III: Get Luckier Still with Mark Morford

25 minute class | Level: Intermediate | Intensity: You'll Feel It

Yogic reminder: You’ll never see fluid opportunity (i.e.; luck) – and opportunity certainly won’t see you – if you’re dead-set on behaving, reacting, gripping your day-to-day reality in the same tired ways you always do.

Here’s a condensed, 25-minute blast from my How to Get Lucky series, designed to help you consciously unravel yourself and any constricted rhythms, patterns, habits that block you from noticing luck’s surreptitious wink.

Translation: longer warrior holds, faster switches, slower breaths, changing rhythms, defying your pre-programming. What could be better? After all, luck wants you the way saliva wants chocolate. Be ready.

Be sure to share your challenge experiences in the comments section!
