A question for you - what if being "busy" was simply a feeling we can change, regardless of what our schedules look like? As you may realize, much of the practice of yoga is about presence - the right here and right now. Oftentimes being busy creates stress because we're constantly looking ahead to what's next in our day, week, and life, instead of doing one thing at a time, with presence. This challenge is an opportunity to strengthen this ability to feel more relaxed, present and less hectic, even if your days are full!
