This package is a collection of our most popular prenatal yoga classes that are perfect for any expectant mother!

This series includes 8 yoga classes that can be done through any trimester of pregnancy, and a relaxing prenatal meditaiton. 4 of the classes have several different length options so you can choose the perfect class to fit your schedule on any particular day. These classes range from soothing and relaxing to the more challenging vinyasa class that will get you in the best shape possilbe in preparation for the arrival of your baby.
