I would not call it Power yoga. Those classes are more for very beginner level.
Liked he video, but all of a sudden towards the end of the practice, it was interrrupted by and ad for yoga fit.com. I was disappointed that I didn t get to end the orqctice with the video.
20 minute video good. However, too much talking and hardly no cueing. You have to watch at all times. Not possible. Also, cut the end off of the flow. Only did right side warrior two. Then the video ended. Had to to left side to balance myself out. Also not a power yoga series. Very slow flow.
I loved the class. From the beginning, the teachers talked about loving your body and working from the place where you were today. I felt like I got a great workout, without feeling the need to pressure myself or push myself further than where my body was willing to go. I haven t practiced yoga in a while, and this class was the perfect way to get started again.
