All I can say is "Wow!" Loved the creative uses of the block. Some I ve seen, but others were new to me. I used a stretch band instead of a strap for a little added resistance. I always enjoy Kristen s classes. This was one I will definitely come back to.

Great challenge for strength and balance, with sneaky core work in there, too. Although the listing says one block, it s better with two.

Fantastic! Strengthening, stretching, and resistance work. Challenging but not too daunting. I liked the pace and all of the creative use of blocks and strap!
More of these please! I love the extra strength and stability that comes with using props! Also appreciate the slow tempo.
This was a bit challenging for me due to tightness in my legs/hamstrings and is exactly what I needed as my body feels open and stronger
