This is a dynamic flowing sequence. With fewer long holds, the effort comes from the transitions. Take your time to move deliberately between each pose, this practice is designed to refine the movements rather than the holds. Expect lots of core work, hip stability & shoulder strengthening. Enjoy the playful transitions through side plank variations like wild thing & fallen triangle. No props are cued but feel free to have them to hand.

The flow is creative, and definitely a workout. I am dripping sweat.I took a star off because the cues are a little hard to follow. I found myself looking at the screen a lot. And another star because this is definitely not an advanced beginner flow, especially coupled with a few confusing cues. There are a lot of tricky transitions and some cued inversions. If you are relatively new to yoga and not comfortable adapting the flow to your skill level, you could definitely injure yourself. I d definitely level this at intermediate or adv. intermediate.
Hard to follow at times but definitely a challenge
Love this creative flow! It was very challenging and you had awesome cuing!
This flow was fun and energetic. Sometimes the quick pacing and turning around on the mat made it difficult to follow though.
This class is just pure fun!Super challenging strength-wise for me . Lots of wild things, fallen triangles and extra strength challenges thrown in. Don t let that scare you! If you feel like getting out of your comfort zone and having something to aspire to; try it. Transitions I ve never seen before, and just a playful class that will get you out of your head and onto your mat . Another great, perfectly connected flow from Lila!
Very creative movement and interesting (challenging!) ways to work the core. Was sweating by the end. Weill definitely come back to this one.
