Wonderful class when short on time, loved the flow w good direction. Hit a lot of poses in a short time but still had a savasana.

Wonderful flow, but it s definitely not a "you ll feel it" flow. It s very slow and pretty chill. It didn t get my heart rate up and I typically sweat easily, but I didn t get warm.
For that, I docked a star because I was hoping for a quick little workout, but I ll keep this in mind for days I want to unwind.

This slow, intentional practice was just what I needed this morning after a tumultuous start to my work week. Christen s soothing voice, encouraging reflections, and gentle guidance helped me to drop in and release some of the mental tension. One minor note - I would categorize the level as "everyday namaste" rather than "you ll feel it." It s an easy start and a relatively long savasana (for a short practice), and a moderate level of effort in between.
