The workout itself was varied and moved at a great pace. I would have liked more joint mobility and warmup but I know the workout was trying to fit into a tight timeframe. Other than that i really liked it and like the instructor s energy

Great HIIT workout. Challenging making it to the end of some of the intervals but I did it! Wonderful motivator, kept me going when I wanted to give up and offers modifications, and good instruction. I m sure my obliques will remind me of this workout tomorrow.

My favorite HIIT workout. Not too much jumping and easy to modify the harder intervals. Love the sense of humor!

Super intense workout... I tried doing it with my boyfriend, neither of us lasted the whole 35 minutes. I do wish it s a bit more knee friendly, but overall very good. Looking forward to a day when I can finish this workout lol.

Challenging and fast-paced workout and I love the 35 minute length for these kinds of interval workouts. Raneir, the instructor, is super motivating with clear cues and info about modifications depending on where you re at on any given day.
