This one felt great and was very gentle. It was not much of a workout, but there were a few poses held long enough that it started to feel challenging. I love a short class with a big impact!

I Love Shy s classes He has a very calming soothing way and explains postures in depth. I have been practicing yoga for roughly 30 years but I still learn something new everytime!

Shy is the best teacher I ve encountered so far. This was great for a day when I have too much going on to be able to devote to a long class. Excellent cuing, intelligent sequencing and a great voice!

Class was OK but didn t like the teacher s style. He just talks so much that I was distracted.

Fantastic reminders/ workshop on our most basic yoga asana. Its so important to come back to these sorts of workshops to check your alignment and habits and this particular class has amazing cues and explanation :-)

Since I like my yoga precise, not sloppy, Shy is an amazing teacher. His small corrections make an enormous difference in the alignment and releases each pose offers.

Perfect short strong practice. Good prompts, great after sitting at a desk all day but without time for a full yoga session.

I skipped through the class first to see if it looked like what I felt like doing. After I did, I figured I would give it a try. I really loved it. I haven t done yoga in a few months and even when I did before, I never got so deep into understanding some of the poses. I enjoyed how quickly this routine went, yet, I felt it. I am always hesitant about a teacher I haven t tried before, because they can make all the difference. The comments in this training were very thoughtful, compassionate, and positive. I felt like I was exactly where I needed to be (even when I couldn t hold a pose as long as was shown :) ). Thanks so much, I really enjoyed this!

Perfect class, so much more than just being led through a yoga practice, I learned so much that I ve been using in my yoga practice and classes. I love all of Shy s videos here, and this is my favorite so far

Perfect class! I was really tight when doing this class, so I wouldn t recommend it for when you first wake up in the morning; more for evening and for a little pick me up midday. I enjoyed the instruction for each asana and the visual that he provided to get into correct alignment. The four part breath also was a treat. Thank You Shy for a beautiful class.
