This 30 min Parent + Toddler class will make you smile and laugh all day. Join us as we act like animals, sing songs and explore yoga with our little ones. This class is perfect for new walkers up to 5 year olds! We encourage you to do it all with your little ones. They may practice, they may watch, they may play, it's all OK! We are exposing our little one to yoga. They learn by their parents modeling for them -- "monkey see, monkey do!" So play this video daily and watch as your child grows, their love for yoga will grow too! Enjoy and remember to have fun and allow yourself to be childlike again!

My 3-year-old loves this class and requests only this for kid s yoga. She loves that her favorite songs are in it. She s gotten so good at the poses over time.

KC, thank you! I am glad your 3-year-old (then) enjoyed it. I hope she is still practicing yoga!
This class has been perfect for me and my daughter. We started doing it together couple of times a week since she was 18 months old and now she is 3 and does the whole class by herself! She loves singing "Wheels On the Bus" and "This Little Light of Mine" and all of the other great children s songs plus she even Om s now! I feel so fortunate that this was my daughter s first exposure to yoga class. It s fun and educational too! Thank you, Casey!
Fun and full of songs that really kept my 3 year old entertained. We had a great time practicing with this video. Will definitely watch again. Thank you!
My 3 (almost 4) year old LOVES this video. The fast pace and engaging cues has her loving yoga practice. The songs, imaginative poses and breath work are perfect for toddlers keeping them going and yet calming them at the same time.
I really enjoyed watching this class and am looking forward to doing it with my children. I have young kids and it is very age appropriate. I like that Casey gave advice on parents expectations regarding what the children may do during a session -- participate, watch, wander around. For this age, the attention span is very short and Casey switched it up very often, keeping the children engaged in fun ways with song and movement.
Thank you for this video! I ve been having so much difficulty finding time and space for yoga while also caring for an active, inquisitive toddler. While the video has fun activities for short attention spans while sneaking in some good poses for the adults, I was most encouraged to see someone else trying to do yoga while an excited child stands on her, takes off her glasses, and tries to be held. Thank you for showing this! It reminded me that we re all just doing the best we can.
Fun and fast-paced for toddlers.
