Yoga-GO! Yoga is for toddler/pre-k/kindergarten age kids and their caregivers. Just imagine if you'd have found yoga as a small child! Now here's a chance to introduce yoga practice (not yoga perfect) to your child. Invite your playgroup and friends over or simply enjoy with your own kids as we head out on a somewhat wild trek to the Wild Animal Park. We will wake up early in the morning and once at the Park we get to know the elephants a bit better, learning modified yoga poses and songs for this energetic age group, and eventually winding down with a relaxing "sleeping yogi." As you well know, young children are unpredictable and so is the flow of the class, as following the needs of our "funster" youngsters is part of the adventure!

This is not a good one for an individual child watching at home. I can see it being useful for a daycare/ preschool, but it felt like we were observing a class rather than participating.
Liked the teacher however the class itself meh.. unless you are with a group of kiddo s at home its kinda a hard class to recreate with just you and 1 kid. Also, to much talking for my liking vs actual yoga.
Wish it had more moving and less talking... We did enjoy the sun salutation song though.
Kat makes yoga fun and accessible for all ages! I wish I d been able to do this at home with my girls when they were toddlers. :-)
my 4 year old son absolute loved this. It was nice bonding time for us and to relax at the same time. I highly recommend it.
My 4 year old boy liked a lot of the movements and play. Loved the wheel barrow and doing savasana on my belly :). The suggestions were just right, not too much structure for the wiggly little ones. We could have probably done another 10-15 minutes. I d love more like this!
Duration and activities were really great. This was our first time doing family yoga for nearly a year. My 4yo was really engaged for most of it (pretty good for our first time), and tried most things. My 1.5yo was glued to the screen, but other than down-dog, he wasn t really into doing the actions yet. I think it s a great one for 2yo and over if you really want full participation. We had lots of giggles about trying to be elephants. It was excellent imagination exercises, as well as waking up the whole body. I m left wanting more ideas or videos for my kids and I to do at home as there is no childrens classes in our town. I would definitely buy a series/DVD of these toddler yoga classes so the kids could experience different things, instead of doing the same one.
The teacher does a wonderful job keeping a positive and upbeat attitude while toddlers are running around her and not listening. I wouldn t be able to do that! She makes it fun for them and lets the kids be KIDS. This class will make you feel good about your own wiggly toddler and give you lots of fun ideas for incorporating yoga into his/her playtime.
It s a great teaching kids yoga video. Kids have fun for yoga. Kat is great yoga teacher! ^^
Not much yoga (she does teach a nice sun salute with song) but then is more song and play with body movement than actual yoga.
