Yes, this is spicy but not too hard. ! My body needs strength, especially upper body and core. This class is perfect to build up those I need. I am sure I will have muscle sore tomorrow. Thank you!

The class started slowly with some stretches and escalated to some challenging holds with unique flow. I feel energized and well stretched. It had its spicy moments, I enjoyed this flow.

I like Mary s spice! Would like to see longer classes in this style as my only regret was that it ended too soon. Well done!

Fantastic class, love her different takes on poses, especially happy baby! Mary is one of my new favorites, and this class goes right in to favorites as well.
