Excellent class - this is truly "all levels". Excellent cuing; this one class helped me address 4-5 little problems I ve had flowing through poses in the past. I m new to vinyasa and I m so glad I started here, fixing some problems I ve had with vinyasa flows in the past. There are several "short-cut" rests for those of us that are just starting out, allowing you to rest in child s pose while the more advanced levels repeat the flow. Very helpful and deserving of 5 stars for a well-thought-out flow.

I loved this class as a way to re-enter my Yoga practice after 5 months off. I am recovering from pregnancy and recent childbirth and this was the first form of exercise I ve done since my delivery - and it was perfect. Even if you have/had a solid practice, this is a fantastic class after pregnancy, injury or a long break from your practice. And, of course, it never hurts to review the fundamentals! Highly recommended.

This class was great for people like parents, who have never really done yoga before, with whom I did the class. She does a wonderful job of teaching the fundamentals of yoga for beginners and people like me who thought they were doing poses right but apparently need adjustment. I know my parents have done this class a couple times and have enjoyed it.
