In this challenge you will have a choice of classes each day. There will be several style and unique class options throughout the challenge as well as meditation, Yin, fitness classes, pilates, and other fusion styles. You have freedom and choice to make this challenge work for you. 

This challenge is suitable for all levels - beginner to advanced. Each day will have a beginner friendly class option along with a more advanced option for more seasoned practitioners. This challenge will create growth and evolution, both on and off the mat, for all genders, body types, and level of practitioner. 

By simply signing up to this challenge, you have taken the first step towards your goal. It is healthy and beneficial to challenge yourself. Simply keep showing up, everyday for the next two weeks. Before you know it, you'll be both feeling and looking better than you ever have before.

Yoga for All - Day 14

Yoga for All - Day 14

Welcome to Day 14 of the Yoga for All / 2-Week Challenge!

Congratulations challengers!! Upon completing today's class, you've accomplished something worth truly feeling proud of - 14 days of a consistent yoga practice is no easy task. 

Physically, how are you feeling compared to two weeks ago? What about mentally and emotionally? Your other challengers across the world would love to hear your reflections from the past two weeks.

You've not only strengthened your body and mind, but also your willpower in setting a goal, and seeing it through to completion. If you had off days, where getting onto your mat felt like a struggle, feel extra proud of yourself for staying determined. If you set intentions at the beginning of the challenge, take a moment today to look back at the goals you set. Also, feel free to treat yourself to something nice for a job well done.

Today's choices are between a feel good, gentler practice from Jackie, or a more advanced and longer practice from Rob. Both choices are a little longer, but perfect for a Sunday. Enjoy!

Surrender:

Gentle Hatha 1: Sweet Surrender with Jackie Casal Mahrou

55 minute class | Level: All Levels | Intensity: Ahhhhhh

This is a slow and gentle yoga class that will soothe and relax your body and mind like nothing else. You will move slowly through this class and have time to hold each posture you can soak in and reap the full benefits of yoga. Throughout class Jackie reminds you to breathe deeply, and invites you to let each posture be more of a surrender and less of a struggle. Relax, let go, and enjoy this full body opening. 

Flow:

Mandala Flow with Rob Loud

75 minute class | Level: Intermediate | intensity: You'll Feel It

This fun and dynamic mandala flow will take you facing all 4 directions on your mat! The sequence moves towards ashtavakrasana (8 angle pose), an arm balance that looks fairly complicated, however looks can be deceiving! Once your hips are open and core is turned on it is one of the more accessible arm balances out there!
