In this challenge you will have a choice of classes each day. There will be several style and unique class options throughout the challenge as well as meditation, Yin, fitness classes, pilates, and other fusion styles. You have freedom and choice to make this challenge work for you. 

This challenge is suitable for all levels - beginner to advanced. Each day will have a beginner friendly class option along with a more advanced option for more seasoned practitioners. This challenge will create growth and evolution, both on and off the mat, for all genders, body types, and level of practitioner. 

By simply signing up to this challenge, you have taken the first step towards your goal. It is healthy and beneficial to challenge yourself. Simply keep showing up, everyday for the next two weeks. Before you know it, you'll be both feeling and looking better than you ever have before.

Find stress relief with nourishing yin postures sequenced to unwind tension from your whole being and return you to a state of balance. This practice grounds you with breath awareness and takes you through a sequence of yin poses that quiets your mind. The carefully chosen postures benefit your joints, help relieve low back pain, and stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system so you can let go of anxiety.

90-minute class | Level: Intermediate | Intensity: Bring a Towel

Let's do this! Pradeep brings it full force with this intense class that will wake you up, warm you up, and tap into your full power. This practice has it all: strong vinyasa sequences, long holds in standing postures, one-leg balance poses, abdominal exercises, and backbends. Be here, in this moment, and realize your potential.
