This challenge is suitable for all levels - beginner to advanced. Each day will have a beginner friendly class option along with a more advanced option for more seasoned practitioners. This challenge will create growth and evolution, both on and off the mat, for all genders, body types, and level of practitioner. 

By simply signing up to this challenge, you have taken the first step towards your goal. It is healthy and beneficial to challenge yourself. Simply keep showing up, everyday for the next two weeks. Before you know it, you'll be both feeling and looking better than you ever have before.

Welcome to Day 4 of the Yoga for All / 2-Week Challenge!

You're moving along challengers, well done! How are you feeling today? Hopefully you're beginning to notice some subtle changes as a result of your efforts so far. If you feel the same, don't worry, you're just getting started and the breakthroughs will come.

Congratulations on sticking with it thus far, you can do this!

Today there is a core targeted class with Claire that will have you feeling strong and confident and in your center. If you want something a little slower and gentler, Christen's class will nourish you and give you some nice deep stretches.

Slow Down:

Slower & Deeper: A Gentle Vinyasa Flow with Christen Bakken

45 minute class | Level: All Levels | Intensity: Ahhhhhh

To allow ourselves to move a bit slower and to go a bit deeper is such a treat and often can be a missing component in the rest of our lives. In this hip-centric class, we will work the muscles of the low back, outer hip and front of the hip, to allow for our fullest expression with the least amount of effort. If slowing down and allowing yourself to let go is a rare treat, give yourself the gift of this class today. Shout outs will be given to the great gurus, Mother Nature, Kanye West, and Shakira.

Nothing but Core 2 with Claire Petretti Marti

25 minute class | Level: Intermediate | Intensity: You'll Feel It

Nothing but Core 2 is the follow-up to Nothing But Core. It's another fast-paced class designed to create sleek, streamlined, strong core muscles. Having a powerful center protects your spine, helps you maintain excellent posture, and also enhances your balance. And yes, it tones your abs too! The class combines Pilates, planks, and functional fitness. It's a perfect standalone class or add it on after yoga or a workout.
