This challenge is suitable for all levels - beginner to advanced. Each day will have a beginner friendly class option along with a more advanced option for more seasoned practitioners. This challenge will create growth and evolution, both on and off the mat, for all genders, body types, and level of practitioner.

Welcome to Day 3 of the Yoga for All / 2-Week Challenge!

Today is about variety in your practice. Over these two weeks, not only will you make yoga a more consistent part of your life, but you'll also have the opportunity to branch out and try new yoga styles and teachers. It can be easy to fall into a routine of familiarity in yoga (just as in life). New practices are a wonderful way to explore, and keep your brain engaged. 

Today we give you a more fitness based practice with Ben, and a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra session with Celest. One is perfect if you need to blow off some steam and want to feel strong, the other perfect if you need to relax, let go, and unwind.

Yoga Nidra with Celest Pereira

25 minute class | Level: All Levels | Intensity: Ahhhhhh

We are so tightly wound up in our daily lives! Relief is on the way: this yoga nidra is a soft, relaxing meditation that will help you unwind every part of yourself, on every level of your being. We will cultivate a deep state of softness that will give you a platform from which you can create positive changes in your every day life. Relax and enjoy! 

Move:

Fitness 'n' Yoga: Quick Full Body Flow with Ben Davis

30 minute class | Level: All Levels | Intensity: Everyday Namaste

Fitness 'n' Yoga: Quick Full Body Flow is a 30 minute class that combines two basic sequences into one flow that consists of side stretches, twists, hip openers, and warrior postures. If you are on the go, this is your flow!
