WHAT: Daily yoga classes designed to help you get grounded, clear your mind, and feel an inner sense of joy, for 21 days straight. Open to all levels - beginner through advanced.

COST: The challenge is free to join, but you will need to purchase a membership or the required class each day.

**You can get the most out of the challenge if you have a subscription membership, and for this challenge we are offering a discounted Elite Month Membership which will allow you to stream every class on the site for free, and download all YogaDownload brand classes for free (those classes with a "YDL Class" label under the class image) for the month during the challenge. HOW: To participate, simply visit this page each day (we recommend that you bookmark it) to view the class for the day. Stay tuned for daily postings with the assigned yoga class for each day. Also, be sure to share your thoughts or experiences in the comment section under each day's class about your progess throughout the challenge (or anything else you'd like to contribute) to be entered to win the grand prize!

Getting Started

There will be three different options each day so you can customize your challenge based on how much time and/or energy you have on any given day. The classes will be organized as follows:

Appetizer: Short practice, varying intensity

Entree: Medium to regular length practice, moderate intensity

Dessert: Medium to regular length practice, very low intensity

Appetizer:

Fast and FuriousFast and Furious w/ Celest Pereira
35 min class | Level: Adv. Intermediate | Intensity: Bring a Towel
This class is a tough one! There are lots of fun tricks so you can play, work up a sweat and enjoy the intensity. If you're working up to some of the more challenging poses then take it at your own pace and remember, the more you practice the easier it becomes!

Entree:

Free Your Mind & The Rest Will FollowFree Your Mind & The Rest Will Follow w/ Christen Bakken
60 min class | Level: Intermediate | Intensity: You'll Feel It
En Vogue said it best in the 90s, "free your mind and the rest will follow." In this class you will work to free side bodies, heart, and the neck/throat as a vehicle for freeing the mind and anything else that binds you. A bit slower paced, this vinyasa class will call upon your steadiness in your gaze and your body to take your practice to the next level. Be ready to twist, backbend, and invert in this powerful sequence. 

Dessert:

Gentle Hatha Yoga 5Gentle Hatha Yoga 5 - Deep Release w/ Jackie Casal Mahrou
40 min class | Level: All Levels | Intensity: Ahhhhhh
The fifth in our highly regarded series, this Gentle Hatha class is for any level of practitioner that is looking for deep relaxation and inspiration. Jackie invites and encourages you to free yourself from stressful clutter in your mind as well as tension in your body through deep hip opening postures, breathing, and balancing.
