That's where enrolling in a 2-week challenge with other challengers from around the world, can help keep you on track to transform your body, mind, and life!

Why the abs and booty? These tend to be particular problem areas for most people, plus having strong abs and a nice booty feels good! While these benefits are real, the other health benefits of a strong core and bum transcend just looks. The glutes (your booty) are the largest muscle in the entire body. With strong glutes, you are stronger all-around, more powerful, and faster. Having a strong core is essential in a healthy, balanced, and stable body. Strengthening your core is incredibly preventive and restorative for injuries (especially back injuries), beneficial to your central nervous system, improves posture, and even protects your organs.

This challenge is a specially curated blend of practices that includes yoga, pilates, barre, and fitness classes, all targeting your abs and booty. You'll see a visible change in 2-weeks. Whether you're an experienced yogi or exerciser, or a beginner and want fitness to be part of your life, this challenge is suitable for you (all levels welcome).

Welcome to Day 8 of the 2-Week Abs & Booty Bootcamp Challenge! You've made it to the second week. Are you feeling excited about your progress or feeling tired and intimidated by another week of practice? Regardless of how you're feeling, keep encouraging yourself. You've stayed consistent, and that's something to be proud of challengers! As you move into the second week, share your experiences with the other challengers. Today's class will keep working your core and booty. This 45-minute class with Ben will also be a more full body workout with yoga. Enjoy!

DAY 9: 2 WEEK ABS & BOOTY BOOTCAMP CHALLENGE
DAY 9: 2 WEEK ABS & BOOTY BOOTCAMP CHALLENGE
Today is your 9th practice of this challenge. Are you noticing any benefits of the challenge so far? Maybe you've noticed that challenging yourself physically has far reaching effects that are more than physical. Use this physical upgrade of your body to look at other areas of your life where there is room to challenge yourself, and go for it. Maybe it's returning to a project you've been putting off, making a change in your career you've been scared to, or simply going online and booking an airline ticket to a place you've always wanted to go, but talk yourself out of. This is ripe time to grow in other areas of your life. Today, we bring you two choices. The first, is another core focused yoga practice with Claire. If you've been loving her classes, it's another excellent one. If you've appreciated the barre options, we have another barre class today from Carol. Enjoy!

DAY 10: 2 WEEK ABS & BOOTY BOOTCAMP CHALLENGE
DAY 10: 2 WEEK ABS & BOOTY BOOTCAMP CHALLENGE
Welcome to Day 10 of the 2-Week Abs & Booty Bootcamp Challenge! You've probably noticed you're stronger now than you were when this challenge began. Maybe it's just physical. But hopefully you're also feeling stronger in your willpower and belief in yourself to do things you've said you were going to. While the challenge is suitable for all levels, including beginners, in the second week, the difficulty level will increase on some of the days, as the bootcamp progresses. You are all intermediate practitioners now. This being the 10th practice in a row, we're confident you're up for it and this is an opportunity to see if you can expand what level you think you're capable of, if you've gotten comfortable only doing beginner classes. Again, remember to be kind to yourself and if an intermediate practice feels like too much, modify, rest, and adjust as needed, or return to a beginner option from earlier in the challenge. Remember to have fun and stay proud of yourself for continuing to challenge yourself.

DAY 11: 2 WEEK ABS & BOOTY BOOTCAMP CHALLENGE

Welcome to Day 11 of the 2-Week Abs & Booty Bootcamp Challenge! You're nearing the end challengers, but you haven't reached the finish line just yet! Stay with it! Today we bring you two choices, one for your abs and one for your booty. Which part of the body have you been leaning towards more during the challenge? Have you been working mostly your core, or mostly your booty, or finding a nice balance with the class choices? Perhaps today is a good day to switch it up. If you enjoyed some of the more challenging classes, Becca's is an advanced intermediate choice, so give it a try if you're feeling up for it!

DAY 12: 2 WEEK ABS & BOOTY BOOTCAMP CHALLENGE
DAY 12: 2 WEEK ABS & BOOTY BOOTCAMP CHALLENGE
Today we bring you a practice to make you tap into your inner warrior. You are becoming more powerful each and every practice of this challenge. Those moments of intense effort are paying off and hopefully you're noticing some of the rewards. With three practices left, we bring you another intermediate class today, as, at this point, you're practice has advanced after 11 days of consecutive classes. Again, listen to your body and if you're not feeling up for an intermediate practice, modify as needed. Today's class is also a longer one, at 60 minutes. This is part of the challenge! Enjoy discovering your brave and powerful inner warrior with today's class. You are doing amazing!

Welcome to Day 13 of the 2-Week Abs & Booty Bootcamp Challenge! You have two practices left! How are you feeling challengers? You've been working hard. Share how your challenge is going with your fellow challengers from all over the world. Today we give you a varied choice of how long you want to practice for. One class is 60 minutes, while the other will have you sweating in just 6 minutes. Keep up the amazing work, you are strong and powerful!

Welcome to Day 14 of the 2-Week Abs & Booty Bootcamp Challenge! Congratulations challengers! Upon completing today's class, you've successfully completed the 2-Week Abs & Booty Bootcamp Challenge! This was not an easy challenge, and the intensity built as the challenge progressed. However, you've done it! Take a moment, after today's class to reflect on how far you've come and what you've overcome physcially and mentally to complete 14 classes in a row. Perhaps revisit some of the goals you set for yourself at the start of the challenge. Feel proud of what you've done and don't hesitate to treat yourself to something today for a job well done. We hope you're looking and feeling your absolute best!
