The glutes (your booty) are the largest muscle in the entire body. With strong glutes, you are stronger all-around, more powerful, and faster. Having a strong core is essential in a healthy, balanced, and stable body. Strengthening your core is incredibly preventive and restorative for injuries (especially back injuries), beneficial to your central nervous system, improves posture, and even protects your organs.

This challenge is a specially curated blend of practices that includes yoga, pilates, barre, and fitness classes, all targeting your abs and booty. You'll see a visible change in 2-weeks. Welcome to Day 11 of the 2-Week Abs & Booty Bootcamp Challenge! 

You're nearing the end challengers, but you haven't reached the finish line just yet! Stay with it! 

Today we bring you two choices - one for your abs and one for your booty. Which part of the body have you been leaning towards more during the challenge? Have you been working mostly your core, or mostly your booty, or finding a nice balance with the class choices? Perhaps today is a good day to switch it up? If you enjoyed some of the more challenging classes, Becca's is an advanced intermediate choice, so give it a try if you're feeling up for it!

Booty Camp:

Lower Body Toning with Becca Riopelle

35 minute class | Level: Adv. Intermediate | Intensity: Bring a Towel

Define your calves, strengthen your hamstrings, and target the lower body in this 30 minute strength building class. You will move slowly to feel the BURN!

Powerful Core:

Core Concentration Flow with Pradeep Teotia

50 minute class | Level: All Levels | Intensity: You'll Feel It

In this practice, we will focus on the core as the pillar of our flow. With this concentration, we will develop power and strength for a strong practice. This core practice can be enjoyed by all levels of yogis who want to strengthen the core.
