Welcome to Day 12 of the 14-Day Yoga Challenge for Busy People! 

You're getting close to a successful completion of this challenge. Sometimes the end can be the place where we want to give up the most. You've got this! Finish strong and envision yourself feeling proud, that you finished successfully and showed up for 14 consecutive days, doing what you committed to doing.

Unwind your day with this juicy restorative practice of Yoga Nidra designed to help you release any extraneous tension and/or stress still present in your body and in your mind. Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is the state of consciousness between minimal presence and full surrender, or sleep. Relax your body, calm your mind and enjoy this blissful state of stillness.​

Be Animalistic:

An Intro to Animal Movement with Jack Cuneo

20 minute class | Level: Intermediate | Intensity: You'll Feel It

Travel far from the land of traditional yoga postures and explore foundational animal movements. Why? Because not only will these movements develop your strength and mobility very quickly, they’ll also help you improve your motor skills, your coordination, and your ability to move efficiently in complex ways while retaining a clear mind. 

One important note: many - though not all - animal movements are quadripedal, meaning you will travel across the floor using both your hands and feet. As a result, this sequence and many like it will challenge your wrists and shoulders. Be conscious of your capacity and you'll ultimately gain much greater strength and resilience in these areas!
