Generate stability with this simple and effective yoga practice. Caitlin Rose takes you through strength building in your core, glutes, feet, legs, chest and shoulders. This practice is approachable, sustainable and pleasant. With a gentle teacher and thoughtful sequence even people who don't like strength building will enjoy this practice.

Dig deep, go deep, get deep! Fall deeper into your practice with this signature Pradeep vinyasa flow. This 30 min class is a full-body reboot, charactered with Pradeep’s creative sequencing and active flows. This class is for all levels of yoga looking to dig a little deeper. Be brave, my friends!
