Welcome to Day 11 of the 14-Day Yoga Challenge for Busy People!  

You are strengthening your power of consistency by doing this challenge. This can be a hard quality to ingrain into your character, but you're doing it right now!

Today we bring you another fitness based class from Kristin, if you loved yesterday's practice and were excited for more. If you need something gentler, Shy's class can be done from the comfort of your bed. While it's intended for the morning, it can be enjoyed at any time of day!

Much like Kristin's Mojo Sculpt Flow and Circuit Yoga 1&2, Sculpt & Flow is a short, full-body workout sure to get you breathing and sweating!
