Welcome to Day 9 of the 14-Day Yoga Challenge for Busy People! 

While we sometimes see being busy as a negative thing, take a moment today and reflect on all of the wonderful things that fill your life. Sure, they may not all be ideal, but gratitude can be a powerful ally in changing your mind state from one of feeling overwhelmed, to feeling appreciative of all the experiences and people that fill your days. 

Today we bring you a strong yoga class from Claire, and a meditation on gratitude from Pradeep, if you're wanting an inward focus and to grow this feeling of gratitude. Enjoy!

What brings you joy? Before or after your yoga practice, take a few minutes to sit, focus on your breath, and connect with what you are grateful for. When we meditate with an attitude of gratitude, we awaken to our lives in a different light, which allows suffering to cease and for us to move through our day in joy. Namaste.

Only have 20 minutes but want to flow, sweat and feel invigorated? This fast class will warm your entire body, igniting your energy and clearing your mind of any clutter. Salute the sun, twist, balance and play with Shiva squats. *No Savasana included but add your own if you have 5 extra minutes!
