Welcome to Day 8 of the 2-Week Yoga Challenge for Busy People! 

You're past the halfway mark challengers! Welcome to week 2! Take a moment to reflect on how you're feeling. Have you noticed any changes after a week straight of daily yoga? If you set any intentions at the beginning of the challenge, today would be a good day to revisit them and check-in with your progress.

Today we bring you a lovely upper body opening class with Keith, or a fun and energizing flow from Jackie. Enjoy!

Release Tension:

20-Minute Shoulder & Upper Body Love with Keith Allen

20 minute class | Level: All Levels | Intensity: Everyday Namaste

This class will open, stretch, and relax your upper body in just 20 minutes. Your shoulder, neck, and upper back region can accumulate stress and tension and this practice is the perfect antidote. Expect deep stretches, time to breathe and unwind, and time to open into postures.


Flow: 

Power Up Flow with Jackie Casal Mahrou

30 min class | Level: Intermediate | Intensity: You'll Feel It

This heat-building and energetic flow class is designed to help you connect to your inner strength and power. You will flow through several rounds of a unique sequence of lunges and balancing postures to warm you, practice Side Plank (Vasisthasana) and Boat Pose (Navasana), and then wind down with a hip opener and savasana. Enjoy!
