Welcome to Day 6 of the 14-Day Yoga Challenge for Busy People! 

While yoga is a practice, it is also a learning process. "Practice and all is coming" is a famous saying in yoga, and has much truth. You can read every yoga book, know everything about yoga alignment, philosophy, and more, but if you don't practice, it doesn't really matter that much. The benefits of yoga come from practicing.

At the same time, if you only practice and never take the opportunity to learn, it is possible your practice may plateau. You could be practicing with poor alignment habits, or simply not be accessing the wealth of knowledge available about alignment, yoga philosophy, and more.
