Welcome to Day 4 of the 14-Day Yoga Challenge for Busy People! 

How are you feeling today challengers? You've made it through the first three days and hope you're starting to feel stronger, more relaxed, and confident about your challenge journey. 

For some, yoga is a morning ritual, and for others, it's their end of day retreat. Both have their benefits. Today, we give you the choice. Kylie's class is perfect to start your day with, while Celest's will have you drifting nicely to sleep. Enjoy your practice!

Morning Movement with Kylie Larson

30 min class | Level: All Levels | Intensity: Ahhhhhh

This is the perfect class to wake up and start your day with movement. It's all about working out the kinks, stretching and feeling good. This class will move you as you spin in all directions; front to back, side to side and twisting. You will wake up your hamstrings, shoulders and hips. Since it's just about 30 minutes you can do this right when you roll out of bed, before hitting the shower! I hope you enjoy it!


Yoga Nidra with Celest Pereira

25 minute class | Level: All Levels | Intensity: Ahhhhhh *audio class*

We are so tightly wound up in our daily lives! Relief is on the way: this yoga nidra is a soft, relaxing meditation that will help you unwind every part of yourself, on every level of your being. We will cultivate a deep state of softness that will give you a platform from which you can create positive changes in your every day life. Relax and enjoy!
