YOGA CHALLENGE FOR BUSY PEOPLE: DAY 3

YOGA CHALLENGE FOR BUSY PEOPLE: DAY 3

Welcome to Day 3 of the 14-Day Yoga Challenge for Busy People!

Often a little bit goes a long way. This is true for yoga. Sometimes, it's possible to think, if you cannot make it to an hour long class in a studio, anything less is irrelevant. It's simply not true. Even 5 minutes of some intentional breathing or one deep yoga pose, can make a world of difference for your day. Luckily, 15-30 minutes can bring even more benefits. Ditch whatever stories you may have of shorter length practices being less effective. 7 hours of yoga everyday for 2 weeks, is more powerful than 7 hours of yoga in 2 days in building consistency, balance, and long-lasting impact.

Today's class from Les is perfect if you want something more intermediate to advanced in a time crunch, and Keith's class will give you your daily yoga fix and take it's time in just 25 minutes. Enjoy!

Reset:

It is ideal for anyone with limited time, but desiring a practice. Even 30 minutes on days with limited time, can have profound benefits to your day!

Practice:

Guidelines to a Balanced Life: Ahimsa with Les Leventhal

20 min class | Level: Intermediate | Intensity: You'll Feel It

Guidelines For A Balanced Life: Ahimsa. Sometimes we rush from one place to another. Here is a practice for when you just have 20 minutes and you know it will enhance the quality of starting your day, revive you in the middle and help you unwind at the end of the day. This practice will help you let got of the violent twists and turns and communications we often times experience in our days when our schedules are packed too full. You can stay really busy, just do so in a way that honors Ahimsa, non-violence, and move your body with ease and let go of tension and the intensity of the day. Practicing in a non-violent way promotes Moksha, liberation.
