Welcome to Day 2 of the 14-Day Yoga Challenge for Busy People!

We hope you're feeling good about the challenge after your first practice. Each day, we will give you a choice of classes. One beautiful thing about yoga challenges, is they can give you an opportunity to explore new styles and teachers. Part of feeling busy can be feeling like life is monotonous, or stuck to a rigid routine, where things are the same. If your yoga practice ever feels this way, we encourage you to use these two weeks to mix it up.

Today we bring you a vinyasa class from Jackie that will have your hips feeling fantastic. If you're wanting something more challening early on in the challenge, Pradeep's class will have you flowing. Enjoy!

Happy Hips: 

Hip Opening Quickie with Jackie Casal Mahrou

20 min class | Level: All Levels | Intensity: Ahhhhhh

Take 30 minutes of your day to slow down, recharge, and release tension in your hip/pelvis area. In this class you will gently open your entire hip area with postures such as Half Pigeon, Cow Face, Frog Pose and more. Jackie teaches modifications with and without props and helps guide you into a pain-free place in each posture where you can release tension. Enjoy!


Free Flow with Pradeep Teotia

30 min class | Level: Intermediate | Intensity: You'll Feel It

This class will wake up the body and mind, get the blood and prana flowing for your day. We will do sun salutations and some nice long standing poses. Even though it's just a short one, this practice works the whole body. A good practice for every day.
