20 min class | Level: Adv. Beginner & Up | Intensity: Everyday Namaste

Practice Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) any time of the day with this short but powerful class. Sun Salutations help you connect with the light within and around you, and warm your entire body from the inside out. In this class, you will flow through several rounds of basic Sun Salutations, A & B, with slight variations. After your warming flow, you will wind down with a seated spinal twist (Ardha Matsyendrasana), hip opener, and a short but peaceful Savasana. This simple and pure class will help you move stuck energy and connect with your highest intentions. Enjoy!

Nothing but Core II with Claire Petretti Marti

25 min class | Level: Intermediate | Intensity: You'll Feel It

Nothing but Core 2 is the follow-up to Nothing But Core. It's another fast-paced class designed to create sleek, streamlined, strong core muscles. Having a powerful center protects your spine, helps you maintain excellent posture, and also enhances your balance. And yes, it tones your abs too! The class combines Pilates, planks, and functional fitness. It's a perfect standalone class or add it on after yoga or a workout.
