I am not the chanting, spiritual yoga sort - more into pilates if anything and generally more strength/cardio/HIIT/tabata style stuff. Am pretty fit and am only a week and a few days in and I haven t stopped aching. This has been a real challenge (btw not because I don t really do yoga normally - Becca s classes are not traditional yoga) and I m loving it.
I have finished every.single.class (apart from stretching ones) absolutely DRENCHED in sweat. I have not been so drenched in sweat for a long, long time and that includes times when I have done some intense workouts. Only downside is I m having to continually wash down my mat.
Becca has a way of structuring her classes that is incredibly effective in working up a sweat and creating a challenge... but it is doable.
Please PLEASE YogaDownload, you absolutely must not (on threat of me cancelling never to return!) stop using Becca Riopelle! Not sure why you would but just thought I d put it out there.
Please could you create more fitness + strength programmes? I would be signed up for life.

I loved this set of classes (although I never really followed the schedule)!
love this program. Keep repeating it now and then with a week or two off in between. One suggestion - update it to include some awesome core sessions that have been added since this program was created. Power to the Yogis by Pradeep for example is a good add on. And there are others too!
Great but being able to print off the calendar would be good???
