Ian agreed to try yoga at his wife’s suggestion. Seven years later, he’s still hooked. He left a corporate desk job 3 years ago, went on to do a 500 hour Hatha certification, and hasn’t looked back. Being a yoga instructor has been great for Ian! He gets to meet new people every day and not only help with their practice, but also help them through any struggles in their lives. He aspires to instill confidence, peace, and a sense of inner serenity in every student he has in class. In Ian’s classes, students learn that they can take yoga off the mat and use different techniques to calm the mind and body when they encounter stressful situations.
