This is the second class in our Forrest Yoga series. If you are new to Forrest Yoga, we recommend you first try the Forrest Yoga #1 class which is a beginning class. The focus of this class is to open and awaken your core. You will be lead through poses designed for this very purpose, and will continuously be instructed to send your breath through the region of the core to help open and lengthen tight areas.
