Having a strong core is essential in a healthy, balanced, and stable body. Strengthening your core is incredibly preventive and restorative for injuries (especially back injuries), beneficial to your central nervous system, improves posture, and even protects your organs.

This challenge is a specially curated blend of practices that includes yoga, pilates, barre, and fitness classes, all targeting your abs and booty. You'll see a visible change in 2-weeks. Welcome to Day 3 of the 2-Week Abs & Booty Bootcamp Challenge! 

You've made it to the third practice! Well done. Yesterday the focus was the core. Today, we're going back to working the booty!

Remember, you will be in better shape at the end of this challenge than you are now. If the longer classes feel challenging, push yourself, but also remember to be gentle with yourself and if you need to rest or take it a little easier, modify your practice and do so. Don't beat yourself up during this challenge, but keep reminding yourself how strong you are and how much stronger you are becoming! The important thing is to simply keep showing up, each and every day, just as you're doing now. Have fun in today's class with Kylie!

55 minute class | Level: Adv. Beginner & Up | Intensity: You'll Feel It

This is a challenging class that will work your lower half, specifically your glutes, while also getting your heart rate up. You will lunge, pulse and sweat your way to a firmer back side. While there are traditional yoga poses in the class, there are a few barre and bootcamp inspired moves as well. You can expect to do some repetitive movements to really get into all of the muscles that make up the glutes, but we will also do a little flowing to stretch things out in the middle of class. Because this class is designed to get results quickly, we won't spend a lot of time on alignment, we'll just get into the poses and burn those buns!
