Great challenging class.

Just did this for the first time today and loved it! Overall the poses are ones even beginners would be familiar with, but I still found it challenging. I did the 45 minute class and was sweating by the end! I am excited to incorporate this regularly into my practice.
Also, Danielle is by far my favorite instructor on YDL. Her voice is soothing and empowering at the same time. Definitely recommend to intermediates!

I did the 20-minute version. A good lower body workout. I enjoyed it and imagine the longer version is equally challenging.

this has been a fave of mine for quite some time ~ it s a great power flow that really works the lower body, but still feels like a well-rouned practice thanks to chaturangas, a handful of backbends & some balancing poses. :)

Did the 30 minute class. If you are flexible and in good shape, you will feel it, but it won t be a really tough class, more like a midlevel class. I have been following various yoga and pilates instructors online for a few years, but predominately did pilates so I wasn t sure if this would be good class for me. I am definitely strong and flexible enough for the poses, but want to look into the half moon pose as I am not familar with it and would like to make sure that I was doing it correctly.

I fell out of my practice during the winter holidays, and this REALLY made me want to get back into things. It took me two tries to finish the 45 min class! As aways, Dawnelle s classes are amazing - challenging and highly physical, yet calming and soothing at the same time. I love this class, and even though my legs are literally jello right now, I know my butt is going to be in swimsuit shape in no time! Cheers to Utkatasana pulses!!

What a great class!! The 45-minute version is challenging but also SUPER relaxing and calming. Dawnelle s instruction is, as always, so calming and just makes the time fly. You can really get into a meditative state with this class and build a lot of heat and strength at the same time, which I have found is a hard balance to strike (I m usually either looking to calm down or work up a sweat, but this class does both amazingly well). It s perfect if your abs or upper body are sore and you just want to focus on your glutes, quads, and a little bit of lower back. One of my favorite classes on Yoga Download!

I ve been doing this class every morning for the past week and have noticed a big difference in the strength of my legs. She does a great job of leading the exercises and the pose guide is helpful. Love this class!

I love every class of Dawnelle s. This class I love because I can feel it. She helps remind you as you go what to adjust and watch for. She helps you challenge yourself; and care, love and honor yourself at the same time. Lovely!

This class was tough! I only did the 20 minutes, but it was an excellent workout. I did it immediately after the 25 min Yoga for Runners, so I was already warmed up...not sure how I d feel about it if I weren t warmed up. Your hamstrings will thank you if you re nice and warm first, I think! Great class.

I did only the 20 min class - but I loved it! Good to warm up a bit first – Dawnelle gets right into the poses. Loved the standing splits pulses; I know I am going to feel this tomorrow!

I loved this! I did the 45 minute flow. My shoulder is tender this week, and I was looking for a yoga session that would offer less intense arm or upper body work. I figured the "buns" would be where to go, and I figured right! The class kept with the traditional vinyasa style, but was not upper body intensive as far as arm balances and what-not. The bun work was perfectly balanced, and I felt I got a great workout without overstraining.

Being new to Yoga, I was surprised and how hard this practice worked my body. I haven`t found a class I didn`t get results from yet!

I love the way Dawnelle talks you through moves reminding you to adjust certain parts of poses you might have forgot about. This buns routine is a burner, you feel it the next day but in a great way. Thahks.

This is a class that made me feel so strong the next day. After the practice my legs felt a little wobbly but the next day I felt so great! It`s one of the classes that I do when I need a challenge.

Oh my God! I did this 20 minute practice thinking it is only 20 minutes it is going to be so easy. Little did I know it was going to kick my butt. It is harder than it looks but the next day you feel your rear end sore but the good soreness. Great!!
